The 24-year-old man killed early Saturday morning has been identified as Rashod Morris.
Racine County Medical Examiner Michael Payne told The Journal Times Sunday that Morris was the man behind the wheel of a vehicle traveling east on 12th Street around 2:39 a.m. Saturday. Morris struck a parked car before running into a tree.
He was transported to Wheaton Franciscan St. Mary’s before being taken by Flight for Life to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee where he later died.
