A Racine man is, apparently, a fan of spending time with the Racine Police Department. Sharquon K Liggins, 35, is facing disorderly conduct charges after officers say he was throwing meat at vehicles Monday.
Our friends at Racine Uncovered are reporting that Liggins was throwing pork ribs at cars traveling in the 1200 block of Memorial Drive. All told, Liggins is accused of throwing 15 to 20 pieces of pork. Police say he appeared intoxicated and was foaming at the mouth when they questioned him.
Liggins was taken into custody after his demeanor became aggressive during questioning.
