Custer is a 10-year-old basset hound-lab mix who needs a loving furever home where he can spend his twilight years surrounded by love.

Available for adoption through HOPE Safehouse, Custer needs a new pawfect family because his human passed away. He is described as a sweetheart who needs a home without a lot of stairs because of some arthritis in his shoulders.

“He is well mannered, quiet, and just a huge sweetheart,” HOPE says.

If you think your family could be the furever home for Custer, call HOPE Safehouse at (262) 634-4571, email them at hopesafehouse@gmail.comor visit www.hopesafehouse.org.
