MGIC Investment Corp. CEO Patrick Sinks will call Racine home after he bought a residences at 3329 Michigan Boulevard for $1.2 million, according to state real estate property transfer records.

MGIC, a private mortgage insurer, sells insurance to homebuyers who have less than a 20 percent down payment. Sinks, a Milwaukee native, became the CEO in 2015, according to a story by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The stone residence includes 1.49 acres, terraced grounds and 195 ft. of sandy beach frontage. The architectural details show the artistry of the old world craftsmen who were brought to the US to craft this home. With 11 rooms, the home features a conservatory, modern lake room, hobby garage for two cars, a three car attached garage, gazebo, fire pit, and finished lower level.
