Over 75 properties changed hands between Aug. 14 through Aug. 19 and a number of them were commercial properties, according to the Racine County property transfer records.

Caledonia Gas Station Sells
Kenosha-based SPB Holdings I LLC, which owns a gas station at 4542 Douglas Ave., sold the property to Germantown-based MRUP LLC for $131,000. 6905 Washington Ave. SPB Holdings 1 is the real estate arm of South Port Bank. Rupen Patel owns MRUP LLC.
Washington Avenue Commercial Properties Sell
Nareshkumar B. Patel, of Racine, sold his one acre of property at 1330 Washington Ave. to Illinois-based M&J Real Estate LLC for $550,000.
Sturtevant-based Shriya LLC, who owned 18 acres on Washington Ave., sold the property to Illinois-based M&J Real Estate LLC for $585,000.
Sturtevant Buys Two Commercial Properties
The Village of Sturtevant recently approved the purchase of two properties to better control what goes on those lots now that the TID is closing.
Brookfield-based LMG/JLP East Limited Partnership, which owned 11.5 acres at 9999 E. Explorer Ct., sold the property to the Community Development Authority of the Village of Sturtevant for $925,000.
Greenfield-based Boucher Holdings LLC sold 5.5 acres at 10001 Washington Ave. to Community Development Authority of the Village of Sturtevant for $737,000.
