Nonna Wells Pizzeria, will be located in a former tanning salon in the same building as Danny’s Meats and Catering, 1317 Four Mile Rd.
Bill Rivers, who co-owns Wells Brothers Italian Restaurant in Mount Pleasant, told the Journal Times that he and his wife Samantha will start work on converting the new space this week. Dan Johnson, the owner of Danny’s Meats, told the Journal TImes that he approached Rivers 10 years about having a pizza place housed in the same space.
The restaurant is expected to open in January.
