Carlos Puentes Cruz, 34, passed away Monday at Froedtert Memorial Hospital, Wauwatosa, WI.

Carlos was born in Minas de Oro, Honduras, son of Enrique and Martha (Nee: Cruz) Puentes. On March 30, 2007 he was united in marriage to Waleska Camacho. Carlos was currently employed as a roofer.

Survivors include his loving wife, Waleska; his adopted son, Wilmer; his parents, Enrique and Martha Puentes; brothers and sister, Fredy, Oneyda, Wilmer, Antonio, and Milton; brother-in-law, Richard (Ainsley) Camacho; mother-in-law, Noemi Figueroa; other relatives and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 6 p.m. at the Maresh-Meredith Funeral Home. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Friday at the funeral home from 4:30 p.m. until time of the service. Interment will be held in Honduras. Memorials to the family have been suggested.
