J.T. Bryant, age 74, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Waters Edge, Kenosha. J.T. was born in Jachin, Alabama, May 1, 1941, son of the late T.C. and Tommie (Nee: Jackson) Bryant.
J.T. was employed for forty years by Jachin Lumber Company. He loved dancing, disco, and socializing.
He will be dearly missed by his brother and sisters, Willie (Louise) Bryant of Mobile, AL, Margaret Morrison, Zenoria (Arthur) Harmon, both of Racine; many loving nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 11, 2016, 11 a.m. at Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home, 803 Main Street. Private interment will be held at Graceland Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m.
