He was a graduate of William Horlick High School “Class of 1952”. Jerry was employed by Hamilton Beach, Webster Electric, and last working at Danfoss, retiring in 1995. He was actively involved with the Old Timers Softball League as well as announcing games. Jerry was also an avid Packer and Racine Raider fan.
He will be dearly missed by his brothers, Alfred (Judith) Andersen, Gary (Marivic) Andersen; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Edward and Douglas.
Funeral services followed by Full Military Honors will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Wednesday at the funeral home from 5 p.m.until time of service. Interment will be held Thursday, 10 a.m. at Graceland Cemetary.
