If you partied it up at Party on the Pavement in downtown Racine Saturday, you enjoyed a slight chill in the air, heard a ton of great bands, met up with friends and family, and filled your belly full of food. But you also got to see what Racine is all about as school bands played their best music, where the community is headed with its vision, and the kids got their face painted.
