After rolling his car on Highway 36, Juan M. Ordaz Ibarra, 53, has been charged with his fourth drunk driving charge.

Ibarra, of Racine, was between Highway P and Spring Valley Road in Burlington on Sunday when he swerved into the gravel shoulder and over corrected into a fishtail. His silver Nissan Altima went flying and rolled into the ditch, according to the criminal complaint.

First responders assisted him out of his vehicle. But he had trouble standing. Police noted his glassy, bloodshot eyes. Police smelled alcohol on Ibarra’s breath, and he told them he had five beers that morning before 9 a.m.

Still, he reported no injuries.

Ibarra is charged by the Racine County District Attorney’s Office with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated for the fourth time.
