A 25-year-old Racine man is facing mulitple drug charges after officers say they found over 20 pounds of marijuana and a sophisticated grow operation at his home.
Steven Kutches is in the Racine County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond, according to a story on Racine Uncovered.
Officers say they found 20 pounds in loose leaf marijuana, $15,000 in cash, a sophisticated grow operation and money orders totaling $20,000 that corresponded to shipping labels and packaging found in a bedroom at the home on Villa Street.
