Racine police are asking the public to keep an eye out for Jacob Wayne Rogers who is suspected of shooting his roommate to death Monday morning. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Rogers, 27, is believed to be traveling with his girlfriend, Katelyn A. McGraw, 22. Police say she is considered both endangered and a person of interest in this case.
Investigators responded at 9 a.m. Monday morning to the 500 block of 3-Mile Road for a report of a man down. When officers arrived, they found a 27-year-old man dead of several gunshot wounds.
During the course of the investigation, police came to believe Rogers shot his roommate to death and they have been unable to locate him.
