Racine police and Child Protective Services are asking for the public’s help locating a mother, her boyfriend, and her three children.

Officers are searching for Amanda Ibarra Gasca and Ivan Ruiz, who is also known as Vante Rojas, for questioning in an endangered child investigation.

Gasca and Ruiz/Rojas are believed to have three children ages 10, eight and two with them in a tan or gold 2004 Ford Explorer with temporary Illinois license plates.

Wisconsin Clearinghouse for Missing, Endangered, and Exploited Children has issued an alert for the mother and the children. Racine PD have attempted to make contact with the adults and believe that Gasca and Ruiz/Rojas are avoiding contact with law enforcement.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Gasca, Ruiz/Rojas and the children can leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at (262) 636-9330, or by texting RACS plus the message to CRIMES (274637) and referring to Tipsoft I.D. #TIP417 with your text message.
