Thirty-six properties in Racine County changed hands from March 17 through March 24, according to county records.

Ten of the properties sold for more than $200,000. In Yorkville, a home on Plank Road that has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, sold for $450,000. A home on 50th Road in Yorkville with five bedrooms and 4.5 baths sold for $550,000.

In Caledonia, a home on Fenceline Road that has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, sold for $350,000.
