The Chuck E. Cheese restaurant, 5162 Durand Ave., has sold for about $1.6 million.

The property was owned by Dallas-based CEC Entertainment Inc., which was acquired by an affiliate of Apollo Global Management LLC., a private equity firm, in February. Orlando, Fla-based National Retail Properties LP, a real estate investment trust, bought the property on Aug. 25.

CEC Entertainment Inc. acquired the property in 2000 for $535,000. No financing was associated with the purchase. The store will continue to operate.
