A 4,275 square-foot home in Burlington sold for $445,000 and a three-bedroom home in Waterford sold for $325,000.

  1. 1637 S. Memorial Dr. didn’t sell for $100. Check with the IPAS system. It was transferred from one trust to another – with the same owner – the addresses of the trusts were also the same. The person did that to keep the TRANSFER FEE as low as possible!

    From Kandy Memorial Trust located at 1000 Villa St. it was quit claim deeded to Great Western Trust located at 1000 Villa St.

    NOTE the relationship with Grantee: Same Settlor

    SO – NO SALE.
