Milwaukee-based Skyfall LLC sold 1553 Taylor Avenue to Milwaukee-based Awarner LLC for $42,000.
Racine-based Torresin Real Estate Investments-2 LLC sold an apartment building at 8801 Buckingham Drive to Libertyville-based A-List Properties LLC for $397,500.
The Route 20 Outhouse building transferred ownership to Ray Stibeck, who has operated the restaurant for several years, for $545,000. The restaurant operations will not be affected.
