Over $14 million in property changed hands between March 23 through March 27, according to Racine County.

Of those properties, 15 of them were in Caledonia. Typically Racine has the most property sales. In Waterford, the Aurora Healthcare building located at 818 Forrest Lane sold for $7.25 million to American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust II, Inc.

Of the 46 properties, five sold for more than $250,000, 27 sold for $250,000 but more than $100,000, and 14 sold for less than $100,00.
