The Durand Avenue Shopping Plaza, 3915 Durand Ave., sold for $1.725 million, according to Racine County.

The property will be the site for a new CVS Pharmacy. Company officials confirmed for the Milwaukee Business Journal that they will raze the building and put up a new, 13,225-square foot store and pharmacy across the street from it’s primary competitor, Walgreen’s.

Just shy of $9 million in property changed hands in Racine County between April 13 through April 17, according to the Racine County property transfer records.
