  • Mount Pleasant-based SPH Real Estate Investments LLC, which owns the Mobile gas station, 8920 Durand Ave., sold to Milwaukee-based LakePointe Holdings LLC for $700,000.
  • Orlando-based GMRI INC., which owned the Olive Garden, 6000 Durand Ave., sold to FCPT Restaurant Properties LLC, a wholly own subsidiary of GMRI, for $3,097,0000.
