Over 160 properties changed hands in Racine County between October 28 through November 8, according to the Racine County Register of Deeds office.

The properties totaled about $37 million.

Here are the highlights:


Mark Mancusi sold 4314 Peninsula Drive to Peter Martens for $468,000.

Barbara Sabel, of Hanover Park Il, sold 3002 Cottonwood Ct. to Mark Mancusi for $830,000.


SW Income Properties LLC sold 420 6th Street to Sevenx Holdings Racine LLC for $770,000. The State Public Defender’s Office is the current landlord. We’re following up to see if the office will be moving.


Racine Honda plans to build an $8.7 million facility, which broke ground Nov. 8. The dealership currently operates out of a facility at 9501 Washington Ave.

The 45,000-square-foot building will feature a new showroom and a state of art full-service department
with 34 bays, including two detail bays and a car wash. It’s slated to open for business by the summer of 2020.

Joseph Fox sold one acre of land located at 1701 East Frontage Road to Racine Honda Real Estate LLC for $1.15 million.

Town of Waterford

Michael and Janet Klein sold a single-family home at 5225 Riverside Road to Peter and Ingrid Ogden for $575,000.
