UPDATE: Racine Police have released the name of a man shot Sunday night. He is: Harry Thomas Canady, Jr., 20, of Racine.

ORIGINAL STORY: A Racine man died after he was shot at 5:09 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of North Memorial Drive.

Officers with the Racine Police Department have not released the man’s name. After he was shot, he was taken to Ascension Hospital — All Saints. But the man, who was in his 20s, died at the hospital.

Racine Police investigators are interested in any additional information that anyone may have about this crime. Any witnesses, or citizens with information are urged to call the Racine Police Department Investigations Unit at (262) 635-7756.
