Officials from the Racine Police Department have released the name and photographs of a man shot to death Tuesday.
Semar McClain, 19, suffered from a fatal gunshot wound to the head at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Racine Police answered a call for a man down in the 1300 block of Blake Avenue. When officers arrived, they found a deceased 19-year-old man.
Police are actively investigating and are not releasing any more information at this time.
