A Racine man was found dead in an apartment at 522 Three Mile Road at 8:59 a.m. Monday, March 2.

Lt. Al Days, of the Racine Police Department said foul play is suspected. The homicide occurred inside one of the apartments.

Police had much of the building taped off and a number of residents stood outside waiting to hear more information.

Police are asking the community to come forward if they have any information.
