Investigators with the Racine Police Department are looking for vandals who destroyed 23 headstones sometime between Friday and Monday at the Mound Cemetery, 1147 West Blvd.

The suspect damaged or pushed over the headstones — some of which date back to the 1880s and are irreplaceable — throughout the cemetery, according to a press release by the Racine Police Department.
