The Radisson Hotel Racine Harbourwalk, a hotel owned by Minneapolis-based Graves Hospitality Corp., is dropping the Radisson brand and will operate the hotel independently.

The hotel, located at 223 Gaslight Circle, will now be called the Harbourwalk Hotel Racine after Graves ended its 20 year brand agreement with Carlson Worldwide, which owns Radisson Hotels.

“The Radisson brand has been a great brand to work with and represent,” according to a press release by the company. “The owners have decided to make some exciting changes starting with hotel renovations and reviving the hotel’s vision as a premier lakefront property.”

The owners plan to upgrade the guest rooms, lobby, banquet rooms, hallways, and the exterior.
