RAMAC held the event for 26 years, but it was discontinued five years ago and now the event is back, said Anna Clementi, operations supervisor and leadership coordinator for RAMAC.
This year 45 RAMAC members signed up for the event, which aims to help promote RAMAC businesses. The event is free and open to all business owners to attend.
“The reason why we’re bringing this back: A number of mid-sized and small businesses asked for this,” Clementi said. “We really geared this toward small and mid-sized businesses because a lot of those businesses don’t often get to attend exhibits like the larger businesses do.”
Clementi emphasized that the exposition is meant to be a casual and fun atmosphere. Attendees can participate in a game where they can take a passport to participating vendors and once they have visited all of the exhibits they can enter a drawing to win a cash prize.
Immediately after the expo, a business blender will be held from 5 to 7 p.m.
Racine County Eye is a member of RAMAC and will also be attending the event.
