- Newman Enterprises Inc. sold a commercial building at 1601 Washington Ave., to Kim Ellis, of West Allis, for $315,000.
- Richard and Janice Betchkal sold the Zone2Extreme building at 4543 Douglas Ave., to Matthew and Crystal Pichelman for $140,000.
- The Archdiocese of Milwaukee sold 18 acres of land to Kenosha-based Borglin Holdings for $325,000.
- Wilson Funeral Home Inc. sold a 1/2 acre of land and buildings at 3326 Washington Avenue to Gary Dipasquale, of Racine, for $110,000.
- The Francis Olley Survivors Trust sold 17.5 acres of land and buildings to Zechariah Knottnerus, of Kenosha, for $401,000.
- The old Chase Bank building, 426 Wisconsin Ave., sold to Milovan Milicevic, of Racine, for $110,000.
- Torrijos LLC, 2815 Durand Ave., sold a restaurant to JNB Investments LLC for $267,500.
