SC Johnson & Son Inc. has an offer on the table to buy Deb Group, which makes hygiene and skin care products for industrial, commercial, healthcare and food markets, for an undisclosed amount of cash, according to a story by Inddist.com.

U.K.-based Deb has a presence in over 100 countries where it offers skin care products for workplace and public settings.

“Deb’s market leadership, channel strengths and commitment to innovation complement our own strengths,” Fisk Johnson, Chairman and CEO of SC Johnson.
