Racine – The following youth, representing City of Racine Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services (PRCS), placed in their age/gender division at the Southeast Parks and Recreation Council (SEPRC) Free Throw Contest held at West Allis Central High School in West Allis, WI, on March 16, 2019. The competition required participants to shoot two sets of 20 free throws.
Placing Second: 3rd Grade Boys Division – Hunter Greb
Placing Third: 5th Grade Boys Division – Josiah Van Swol
All participants qualified for the West Allis competition by placing first in their Divisions at the Racine PRCS event on March 9, 2019, at the Cesar Chavez Community Center. Participants competed with youth from over ten communities throughout Southeast Wisconsin. Trophies, medals, and certificates of accomplishment were awarded at the local and regional levels.
