The Subway restaurant at Spring Street and Blaine Avenue was robbed Tuesday by a man wielding a machete.
Racine police Sgt. Sam Stulo told The Journal Times that a man armed with a machete entered the Subway, 3437 Spring Street, at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday and demanded money.
The suspect was described as wearing a mask and dark-colored pants. He fled in an unknown location with an undisclosed amount of money.
No one was injured during the commission of this crime.
