The new Dunkin’ Donuts in Sturtevant will only serve donuts (among other things) and coffee and not ice cream.

Trustee Chris Larsen answered the question on his Facebook page after the board voted last week to grant final approval for the new store at 9209 Durand Avenue.

“For those that have been asking, the new Dunkin’ in Sturtevant will not have a Baskin Robbins in it,” he posted.

The new Dunkin’ Donuts will open at the site of the former Dairy Queen sometime in July, Larsen added.

“The Sturtevant store will be remodeled inside and out and (the) goal is for opening in July,” he wrote.
