Greentree Centre In Caledonia Sells For $12 Million

Greentree Centre, a 9.5 acre shopping center in Caledonia at 5111 Douglas Ave., sold to Cincinatti-based Phillips Edison, which manages shopping centers that are anchored with shopping centers, for $12.05 million.
