A 17-year-old boy had marijuana at Park High School early this school year, according to a criminal complaint filed in Racine County Circuit Court.
The 17-year-old boy is charged with possession of marijuana for the Sept. 26 incident.
The criminal complaint states:
An officer reported finding multiple baggie corners containing suspected marijuana on another student, and police suspected a drug deal had taken place inside a school bathroom. A school administrator brought the boy to the office.
Once there, the administrator had the student empty his pockets, and police reported smelling fresh marijuana.
When police searched the boy, they found a plastic bag of marijuana hidden in one of his socks.
The boy said he purchased the marijuana from the other student for $5.
