The southbound entrance ramp at Hwy. 20 and I-94 will temporarily close starting next Tuesday evening (Sept. 13) to accommodate pavement repair work, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
The planned closure will also affect part of a southbound lane of I-94 near the interchange. Three southbound lanes will remain open.
Traffic from the Hwy. 20 entrance ramp to I-94 southbound (toward Kenosha County and the Chicago area) will be detoured on the West Frontage Road to Hwy. 11 (exit 329) to join the freeway at that entrance ramp.
The closure is expected to last until late September.
