Trademark Graphics Inc., a graphic supplier for the police and sheriff industry, wants to build a 9530 square-foot multi-tenant commercial building just north of 6539 Douglas Ave. The Caledonia-based company, which currently operates out of a facility located at 5757 Douglas Ave., is asking the village of Caledonia to re-zone about 5 acres on the property. Chris Becker owns the business. The Village Board is expected to consider amending the village zoning map and land use plan from a suburban residential district to a commercial service district at a meeting Monday at the Eastside Community Center, 6156 Douglas Ave. The property, which is located just south of Mulligan’s Mini Golf, is currently owned by Racine County Executive Jim Ladwig.
