Family and friends of Terry Lee Bohanon, Jr. – known as Gus – will gather Thursday to pay tribute to him.

The candlelight vigil and prayer service begins at 8 p.m. at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee student union where he was a student.

Bohanan, 23, died last week of an apparent heart attack in his apartment in Milwaukee. He was a Racine native and a graduate of William Horlick High School. Bohanon was preparing to graduate from UWM this month.

Services will be held for him at 11 a.m. Monday at New Omega Baptist Church, 5731 Northwestern Avenue.
