Want to help make eastern Racine County a better place to live? Visioning a Greater Racine will host several visioning sessions that will offer citizens in eastern Racine County the opportunity to help shape their community.

The group is focused on reproducing a long-term transformation of eastern Racine County.

Volunteers will lead the sessions in Racine, Caledonia, Sturtevant, Mount Pleasant, Wind Point, North Bay, and Elmwood Park, and will be held in churches, schools, community centers and other public spaces. Visioning a Greater Racine is looking for volunteers to become facilitators. The training sessions will be held at Christ Church United Methodist, 5109 Washington Ave. on the following dates/times:

  • 3 to 5 p.m. June 21  
  • 6 to 8 p.m. June 21
  • 3 to 5 p.m. June 22
  • 6 to 8 p.m. June 22
