The first five days of 2015 are officially in the books so we asked Racine County Eye readers what the new year has in store.

For some, home improvement plans are in the works, and for others it’s all about spending time with family.

Here’s what you had to say:

Kevin R Stone: New swing set for the grandkids, new patio for me!

Kris Werderitch: Redoing a room, possibly building a garage, 1 kid finishing up middle school, 1 graduating from HS, expanding my seasonal business, hopefully vacationing!

Heather Lojeski: Hoping to be able to purchase a delivery vehicle for Faith, Hope, & Love so we can expand our programs into Milwaukee and Kenosha County in 2015. Also adding a new project this spring.

Jack Feiner: New big front window after tax returns. Old one has leaking foggy panes and doesn’t open. Can’t wait!!

What plans are you making for 2015? Tell us in the comments!

Love what we do?

In addition to our education features, we’ll be kicking off a series of stories highlighting how parents, students, and educators are adapting to the impact of COVID-19 on education.
