Winklers Masonry, which plans to build a 7,300 square-foot office building, finalized purchasing a two-acre parcel in the Caledonia Business Park in Frankville for $74,900, according to property transfer records.

The company bought the land, located east of Nicholson Road and north of Dunkelow Road, from Mount Pleasant-based Majestic North Development Corp.

Caledonia trustees approved a developer’s agreement last month that would allow the company to start the project this month. The company, which employs five people, currently operates out of a Caledonia home. The expansion project includes adding one to two employees, but they would just need to maintain their current staffing levels to qualify for the assistance.

The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017.
