CalStar currently occupies part of the building, but the front office is currently empty. According to village documents, the “lab-type” tenant is expected to attract 175 jobs.
The Caledonia Village Board approved the conditional use request for the project at its last board meeting.
WisPark intends to remodel the office space and add 30,000-square-feet of storage space to the building. CalStar remain in its current space and the office space is expected to attract a potential tenant, which has not been formally announced.
