Kohl’s is testing a coffee and snack cafe at two of its Southeast Wisconsin stores and could expand it into additional locations if it proves successful.
Shoppers who visit the Delafield and Menomonee Falls stores will have the opportunity to purchase coffee and other drinks as well as granola bars, cookies and chips, a story at wisn.com reads.
“They walk in, they get to be a part of our family. They smell the cookie smell, the coffee smell, and it really gets to help them to kind of, you know, be able to ease their customer experience walking into the building,” company spokesperson Beth Garcia told the news station.
