RAYMOND, WI — Raymond School Board clerk Amanda Falaschi has resigned, and anyone interested in filling her seat has until June 28 to write a letter of interest to the board.

The announcement was made at the June 17 Raymond Board of Education meeting. The reason Falaschi resigned was not disclosed.

“I know this last year wasn’t easy,” Board Vice-president Janell Wise said. “I appreciate all the work Amanda put in while she was a member of this board.”

Raymond School Board seat open

Anyone interested in filling Falashi’s open seat has until Fri., June 28, to submit a letter of interest to the Raymond School Board.

Once all letters have been received, board members will discuss them July 8 and make a final decision on their chosen appointment during the board’s regularly scheduled meeting on July 15.

Wise will take on clerk duties until a new member is chosen and board officer duties are shuffled.

Falaschi was elected in 2023, and her term expires in 2025.

To submit a letter of interest, residents can drop it off at the school office or email it to information@raymond.k12.wi.us
