Notice for Perinatal Loss Memorial and Burial Service

It is with the greatest sympathy that we, at Ascension All Saints Hospital, express our condolences for the perinatal loss of your baby. We would like to honor your grief and recognize your loss in a way that is meaningful to you.

Perinatal Loss
Deepest sympathies for all perinatal loss

Ascension Wisconsin Spiritual Care and Ascension All Saints Hospital will be offering a hospital burial and memorial service for families who have experienced a perinatal loss from Oct. 25, 2022, through May 1, 2023. This Memorial and Burial Service will be inclusive, non-denominational, and respectfully honor your loss.

Ascension Spiritual Care is partnering with Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home to provide a 30-minute communal/group Memorial & Burial Service for all perinatal losses at Ascension All Saints Hospital.

Services

This service is being offered either in person or virtually. It will be live-streamed on May 15, 2023, at 2 p.m. The live stream can be viewed here.

The service will be posted on the Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home website following the ceremony.

Families are invited to attend via live streaming or in person.

All babies who are being honored at this service will be buried in a common casket and grave in a special area at Holy Cross Cemetery, Section 9, the “Garden of Angels.”

Be gentle with yourself as you mourn your loss. May God’s grace bring you peace and healing.
