The following opinion was given by Gregory Mross during Public Comment at the July 13, 2015 Mount Pleasant Board Meeting. In this opinion, he provides the board a very detailed and convincing case what Mount Pleasant should do concerning the Caledonia Highway V sewer and water project. It is worth three minutes of your time to listen to. His point was to show why citizens should be concerned because what is happening to Hwy V property owners by the majority of the current Village Board could happen to any citizen in the Village. Should we citizens be afraid? Heck yes, be very afraid.
