Bubbles is a stunning 6-year-old domestic longhair cat who was found wandering in Mount Pleasant in mid-September.
He was matted and full of burrs, and very hungry! Over his stray hold at the Wisconsin Humane Society Racine Campus, no one ever came to claim him. So he became available for adoption a week later after his neuter surgery. This handsome fellow is very affectionate and solicits attention, but he can become overstimulated fairly quickly and may react with a tail twitch, ear swivel, a hiss, or a soft bite to let you know he’s ready for alone time.
Due to his abrupt communication style, Bubbles is “PG-8” and will do best with older, respectful kids. Like all adult cats at the Wisconsin Humane Society, the fee for Bubbles is entirely waived (although you can “name your own fee” as a donation).
He’s micro-chipped and neutered and has been given initial vaccinations. Come meet this gorgeous guy today! http://wihumane.org/adopt/
We’ll be promoting two adoptable pets every week — one from the Wisconsin Humane Society and the other from HOPE Safe House. So we’d really like it if you would share these photos.
