Live wires are exposed and are on the ground after a car crashed into the middle traffic light on Highway 31 at Timber Lane at 11:20 a.m. Thursday, according to scanner traffic.
The crash involved two vehicles. The passengers inside at least one of the vehicles is out of the car.
