The state’s first and only safari park will celebrate its first anniversary this Sunday. In celebration of one year of helping to save animals from around the world, the park will offer one dollar off park admission on the 27th, as well as any future booking made online that day.

Safari Lake Geneva provides an immersive and interactive animal adventure in a beautiful natural setting. Just minutes from downtown Lake Geneva, the safari park is easily accessible from Milwaukee, Madison, and northern Illinois.

Safari Lake Geneva’s main attraction is a fully-escorted, narrated tour. Experienced naturalists provide entertaining and educational dialogue while exploring the property’s rolling savanna where animals from around the world live in nearly free-range conditions.

Unlike a typical African safari, guests enjoy the opportunity to feed and interact with many of the animals. Smaller animals may be approached on foot while the larger ones may be fed from the safety of the tour wagons.

In the year ahead, the park will offer a variety of live animal education programs that can be tailored to any audience. Professional educators are able to bring live animals to virtually any location in the region for an informative and unforgettable wildlife experience. These programs are offered year-round, and can be scheduled for any day of the week.

Safari Lake Geneva offers tours daily through October 31st. Tours run every hour on the hour, with the first tour departing at 10 a.m., and the last tour departing at 5 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made online at www.safarilakegeneva.com.
