Here are the highlights:
- Milwaukee-based The Sharon R. Buckau Family Trust sold a home to Cudahy-based Jpeter Group Inc. for $225,000.
- Two parcels owned by the Village of Mount Pleasant — 7431 Old Spring Street and 2039 South Green Bay Road — were sold to the Great Lakes Community Conservation Corps. for $125,200.
- William & Mary Ann Eyman, of Cameron, Wisconsin, sold 1508 Rosalind Avenue to Illinois-based GRT LLC for $58,000.
- The Estate of Louis Holland, of Illinois, sold 24.7 acres of land along the northeast Frontage Road to RB I94 LLC, of Sturtevant, for $375,000.
- Wells Fargo Bank sold 1009 Blaine Avenue to Racine-based Nguyen Enterprise LLC for $63,000.
- Mark Grossi, of Georgia, sold 1809 Douglas Avenue to Illinois-based Douglas Gardens LLC for $310,000.
- Philip Holtje, of Florida, transferred ownership of Burlington Graphics Systems Inc., to Grove Industrial Properties LLC for $1.8 million. The deed was a transfer between LLC members.
- H&K Partners LLC, of Milwaukee, sold the KFC Restaurant at 3212 Douglas Avenue to California-based JP’s Nevada LLC for $1 million.
